re: failure to make connection between HP 340 and your server. One of my
operators found that if you hit the F8 key twice and then the F1 key once
(repeat as needed) you will at least get back to the main menu page and avoid
the agony of rebooting the computer. The harder you strike the function keys
the better ut works!!
