I am looking for a cell line that expresses tag-72. The cell lines we
currently use (KLEB and Jurkat) are rather heterogeneous in their expression.
We've tried sorting for high (homogeneous) expression, but the cell lines
appear to revert after several passages. If you know of a cell line, I'd
appreciate any information possible.
