Ca stores

Dear FLOWers, I have an ACAS 570 and am having problems trying to
release Ca++ from internal stores, without having any Ca++ enter from
external solution in cultured endothelial cells. Caffeine does not do
so. Neither does ryanodine. Thapsigargin gives equivocal results and
we need another agent.
Does anyone have any suggestions for another agent?
Thanks in advance,
Steve Gaffin
