Proliferation index and apoptosis

Hello - We are starting a study on three breast cell lines. The PI wants
DNA cell cycle analysis, proliferation index and apoptosis index
performed. Does anyone have recommendations on the best apoptosis
kit for use on a FACS Vantage? Also, what procedure is recommended
for the proliferation index using FACS Vantage HP driven & enterprise
coherent laser?
