I have experience supervising a core facility within the NIH. The
active protocols include:
1) Immunophenotyping of people with serious neurodegenerative
disorders; 2) Induction of apoptosis in animals treated
with cocaine; and 3) Determination of cell type and metabolic
state in post-
mortem brains by flow after in situ cDNA synthsis. Flow
data is confirmed by common molecular techniques including PCR and
if appropriate, DNA sequence analysis.
I am the sole operator of a BD FACStar+, routine user of BD
Facscan and am adept with most BD software packages. I hold an MS
and PhD from Georgetown University. I can be reached by phone at
301-951-6251.
Thank you for your consideration.
