Has anyone any experience using flow cytometry to detect allogeneic (donor) red
cells within a host red cell population - for example, red cells differing by
minor RBC antigen incompatibilities. If so, can you recommend any published
references, pitfalls, good anti-immunoglobulins for labelling anti-blood-group
antibodies in such circumstances, etc. Any help or advice welcome.
