PI and Tricolor

I have an investigator who is interested in staining murine lymphocytes and
thymocytes with propidium iodide and 3 other fluorochromes for cell surface
receptors. He has been successful with his fitc/pe/pi labelling, but is
having problems with Tricolor. Is there too much overlap between PI and
Tricolor to look at them together? If so are there any suggestions for a
third fluorochrome, preferably a direct which can be used in the mouse system.

Thanks in advance for your help
