I have been asked if we could look by flow cytometry for neuroblastoma cells in
peripheral stem cell preparations prior to their use in transplantation. Does
anyone have any experience with this and a method they could refer me to?
Thanks, Steven H. Swerdlow, Division of Hematopathology, Univ. of Pitts.
