I am interested in using a technique called excimer formation to
investigate plasma membrane dynamics. It works by staining cells with
pyrenedecanoic acid analysing the fluorescence intensities of the
monomer and an excimer form of the dye.
Has anyone had any experience with using this method in flow
cytometry? If so, are there any recommended staining or analytical
procedures for this technique.
Many thanks
