Hello fellow cytometrists (flowing or not)!
I recently got a sample of a reagent called cyto-chex for
prolonged sample storage. They claim that it prevents
qualitative and quantitative changes on leucocytes for up to
7 day storage at 2-8oC.
Has anybody experience with that product in particular
regarding the maintenance of functional propperties like
phagocytosis?
