Australia is a long way from UK, but I can help out if there is nobody
closer.

The compressed winmdi20.exe is 312469 bytes, and that contains 7 compressed
files, total of 590747 bytes in my directory.
All the machines we run it on are dx486-33Mhz or faster, and we are very
happy with performance on those; I know of someone running it on a dx386-33
computer, and while noticeably slower than ours it is quite useable.
