Regarding Birger Christensson's request for help on retrieving files which have
been renamed to no destination - The BDIS Customer Support Center has continued
to provide active support to customers who have encountered this problem. Neal
Benson's assistance is very welcome, and he is correct in stating that the
specific file that is re-named to a "blank" destination is "indeed lost".
However, one can use "Filer" to identify files proceeding the affected file
listed, and those files can be retrieved and moved to another subdirectory.
This level of assistance is also available from our Immunocytometry offices
outside the U.S.
