Until about one year ago we made up our own reagents since a good titered
polyclonal is crucial for analysis. More recently, however, we have had
very good luck using Dako reagents and their "kit". We have successfully
used their anti-kappa and anti-lambda with CD19, CD5, CD38, and CD11c
reagents in a two-color mode to perform clonal excess analysis on all B
cells, CD5 B cells, and plasma cells (38 very bright) and hairy cells (11c
very bright). We have also used their reagents to do intracellular
labelling for light chain - this works well for plasma cells (fixation is a
Fix 'n' Perm variant).
