I don't look at respiratory burst or phagocytosis in my work, so forgive me
if I've missed some recent posts on this topic......
A friend in a clinical lab would like to know if anyone has experience with
the products "Phagotest" and "Phagoburst", marketed by ORPEGEN, Heidelberg.
They are based on uptake of FITC-labeled bacteria and oxidation of
dihydrorhodamine 123 to rhodamine 123, respectively. Any other suggestions
would be gratefully received.
By the way, since this is my first post to this group, may I agree with just
about everyone else that the quality of the contributions to this list is
excellent, and much appreciated.
