I'm under severe budgetary constraints -- "what do you mean I can't buy a
cell phone and a laptop on the income account?" ;-) -- and one of the
things which hurts the most is our service contract. I vaguely remember
someone at the core managers meeting mentioning an insurance company which
offers breakdown coverage on cytometers. Can anyone give me any more info
(name and address) or have any personal experience with this system?
Thanks in advance, waiting with bated breath (and contract renewal in
hand)
Steve
