Has anyone explored the potential of FITC-tagged oligonucleotides as FCM
probes for the identification of bone marrow or leukocyte subsets?

A recent paper in Blood (Vol 84(11):3660, 1994) indicates that it should be
possible, but I'd appreciate input from anyone who has tried this approach.

Thanks in advance,
