In response to the question about mouse gamma/delta monoclonals, I did some
work with a group here in which we immunophenotyped mouse lymphocytes from
spleen, lymph nodes, intestinal epithelium, peritoneal cavity and peripheral
blood. We used biotin conjugated hamster anti-mouse gamma/delta T cell
receptor from Pharmingen (Clone GL3). This antibody worked well for us.
