I have two problems
1) I need a RNA specific stain, excitable with a 488 nm laser and a
emission about 525 nm.
2) Do anybody know a marker / stain for fibroblasts. I have a mixture
of freshly prepared heart cells and have to know the proportion of
fibroblasts.
