I've placed in the upload directory of ftp server flowcyt.cyto.purdue.edu a
ZIPped file called cluster.zip.
[ I've moved that file to the /pub directory -- Steve ]
It contains the program Autoklus, written by Tom
C. Bakker Schut. See Cytometry, 14:649-659.
I wouldn't recommend running through Windows.
The ZIP file also contains a couple of data files and a short note.
I've also not been able to read FCS 1.0 files I transfered from a FACScan using
FACSNet, but CAN read other files transferred from our FACSTAR+! The FACSTAR+
files could be transferred using Verity's WHPPC (via a IEEE-488) or FACSNet.
I'd rather use BD's Attractors, but there are problems (posted here last Summer)
fooling the MAC into reading non-BD data.
