Can anyone out there in Flow World enlighten me regarding the
choice of anticoagulant for cell surface markers? We are presently
using ACD solution B. However, we have conflicting reference
material as to whether we should continue using solution B or
switch to solution A.
Also, has anyone out there compared sodium EDTA to potassium EDTA
for reticulocyte analysis by flow cytometry?
