have been able to run old elite 3.0 on windows, but not 4.0 , heard from
others that this had to do with the memory requirements of elite 4.0 software
conflict with memory requirements of windows (be it single user or
workgroups.) we are still running dos 5.0 and havent loaded dos 6.2 onto elite
yet ( due to laziness, or lack of courage, probably both).Perhaps 6.2 will
handle the memory organization better. I think thers a guy
named matt berkner (?) in alabama that has come very close to figuring out
this problem. If all else fails, send the elite software to microsoft and see
if they can get it going.

My first reponse, this mailing is great, only problem is finding the time to
read all this stuff , and whwere to file it.
