The method involves the use of thermal treatment (75 degrees for 90 min) to
reverse the effect of formalin on the binding of PI to DNA.
Has anyone else repeated this procedure with similar results.
My first attempt gave only a slight increase in fluorescence intensity.
Any suggestions?
Thanks, joe
