We're thinking to buy one of these two machines to do user-operated 4
color and have come up with a few questions:

1) which system would you buy? or did you buy and why?
2) comments on Coulter reliability and service (we currently have BD)
3) which 4 color system is more usable? especially specific fluorochromes
you've wanted to use on one system but can't?
4) any types of experiments you'd like to do on one of these but can't
(ion flow, DNA, etc)?

Comments on any of these issues are welcome!
