Has anyone out there recently studied the relative benefits of the
Coulter vs. Becton-Dickinson flow cytometers for a hospital-based
clinical laboratory doing marker and DNA studies? In particular, what
are the relative benefits of the one laser system of Coulter vs. the
two laser system of B-D? Impartial observers preferred.
