Am presently seeking information/suggestions about the fair market value of
a 1987-model, BD FACScan with accessories (computer & software). Is in good
working order. Has been serviced regularly, has new laser, could be
improved with a new flow chamber (at approx. $5,500), also, may need new
fluid control switch (at approx. $3,500) sometime in the forseeable future,
has been used moderately (about 2 to 3 days per wk on average). Am
anticipating selling in near future, so, inquiries are welcome. Any advice
to set fair market value would be appreciated. Please pass this
announcement along to friends who may be interested in such an instrument.
