RNA and FACS

Hello all,

I've just been approached by someone wishing to look at RNA expression using
flow cytometry. He wants to do 2-colour analysis if possible and already has
his probes made up. What would be the best approach (We're using a FACScan -
488nm) ? I think his probes are DIG-labelled, so we might try to use an
anti-DIG antibody labelled with FITC or PE.
Does anyone have any basic protocols or ideas that we might be able to use,
as RNA probes and analysis by FACS is a new and exciting approach over here.

Thanks in advance

Julia Philips
