Hi Flowers/Immunologists -

We would like to obtain an inexpensive source of anti-human CD45 antibody
in order to make an affinity column. We need about 10 mgs of monoclonal
antibody. Does anyone know of the source for obtaining hybridoma clone
BRA-55 or an equivalent monoclonal that recognizes all forms of human
CD45 and can immunoprecipitate as well as be used as an affinity column?

Thank you in advance.
