Objectives

It is my objective to obtain employment with an institution that is well equipped with flow cytometric technologies and has a need for advanced flow cytometric data acquisition and analysis. My expertise in flow cytometric techniques and instrumentation allows me to successfully complete both standard and novel flow cytometry applications dealing with cell sorting, surface markers, cytokine measurements, intracellular staining, multi-color staining and complex analysis. I have studied with some of the pioneers in the field of flow cytometry including Sue Sharrow at the NIH as well as Len and Lee Herzenberg at Stanford University and Becton Dickinson design engineers.
